Shipping
All CopperTree Jewelry purchases
are shipped via the USPS Priority Mail. The packages are insured and
delivery is confirmed to avoid any confusion. Pieces will be mailed
2-3 days after purchase, and should arrive 3-5 days after shipping. If
you desire faster shipping service, please email sales@coppertreejewelry.com
and we will be glad to try to accommodate your request.
At this time, a flat fee of
$10 per order is charged for shipping and handling within the Continental United
States. For orders placed outside of the Continental United States, contact us at sales@coppertreejewelry.com before ordering for a shipping quote.
Returns
At CopperTree Jewelry, we work very hard to ensure that your new piece of jewelry arrives to you in right-from-the-workshop condition. However, if your piece is damaged in transit, please email info@coppertreejewelry.com as soon as possible to make return shipping and refund arrangements (include a picture of the damaged piece).
